Would you dare to try Julia Roberts's favorite sandwich?

So, we recently came across an interview where Julia Roberts shares one of her favorite sandwich combinations: peanut butter, jelly and sour cream & onion chips. We had to give it a Vainilla Molina twist, of course. Check it out!

Ingredients:

For sandwich:

· Sliced bread

· Sour cream & onion chips

· Peanut butter

For jam:

· 3 ½ cups blackberries

· 1 ¼ cups sugar (white or coconut)

· 1 tbsp lemon juice

· A splash of Vainilla Molina

Directions:

For jam:

1. Wash blackberries and put in a saucepan.

2. Add sugar and lemon juice.

3. Cook over medium heat until berries release their juices.

4. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add a splash of Vainilla Molina, mix well and remove from heat.

6. Check texture (it will thicken as it cools).

7. Let cool and store in a glass jar.

To assemble:

1. Take two slices of bread. Spread peanut butter, jam and sour cream & onion chips only over one slice.

2. Top with second slice, press lightly and enjoy!

Seems bold but definitely interesting enough to give it a try. What if it turns out to be our new favorite!?
